Photography has played a huge role in my life; until 2020, however, it remained a hobby. Like many people in that dreaded year, I reassessed what is most important in life; my conclusion? Spend more time doing what I love. Work-life upgrade required! I’ve been (lockdowns permitting) working away on a number of passion and professional projects since then. It was spring 2021 when I stopped viewing myself as a hobbyist and became a photographer.

It’s all been a bit of a whirlwind. So far I’ve worked with local businesses, councils, artists in collaborative spaces, community organisations, and a national charity. I’ve had two exhibitions in Culture HQ, the focal point of Halton celebrating our turn as Borough of Culture  Liverpool City Region.

I love photographing what I’m passionate about, small business owners blazing their trails. Anything from food and beer to creative people and all their work entails. My ultimate goal is fostering great relationships with independent businesses who view visuals as an important part of their brand identity and want quality, modern imagery to make that brand shine.
